We are open Wednesday-Sunday term time and everyday in the school holidays. There are selected dates throughout the year that we are closed so please do keep an eye on our social media as we will always post these on there as well as on our website.

Weekdays - 9.30-11.30 \ 12.00-14.00 \ Extra session in the holidays 14.30-16.30

Weekends - 9.30-11.30 \ 12.30-14.30 \ 15.00-17.00

Unfortunately no. We are a cashless venue. We do have some kids machines in the venue which do take £1 coins however we are unable to change any cash as no cash is kept on site.

Yes you can just turn up however we ask if you are attending and have not booked your tickets online please turn up at the start of your desired session time.  If we have no pre booked tickets we will keep our doors open for the first 15 minutes of the session time and then we close until the start of the next session time. By booking your place online ensures we are open and we know that you are coming. We advise booking online during our peak times which are school holidays and weekends. Once we are full for a session we cannot accept walk in's and therefore you may be turned away if we are full and you have not booked. 

We are so glad you have decided to join us this summer. As per our summer pass T&C's which can be found our on T&C's website your pass is valid from 22nd July - 3rd September EXCEPT the following dates;

- Saturday 12th August 3-5pm due to a exclusive hire

- Monday 21st August-Friday 25th August & Bank holiday Monday (28.08) as we are closed. 

You must turn up at the start of your desired session time. We do not stay open all day and we close at the end of each session. If you have any questions please refer to the T&C's.

Our main rule at Inflatapark is socks must be worn. These do not have to be any particular socks and we actually ask you not to wear grip socks. This is because wearing no socks or grip socks can cause your feet to get stuck on the inflatables & cause injury or harm. If you forget socks, don't worry as we do sell these for £1.50. You will not be allowed on the inflatables until you have socks on. We also do not allow you to be topless in the venue.

We kindly ask for no outside food or drink to be brought into the venue & have a no picnic policy. We keep our pricing down as low as possible for our customers on our entry prices and cafe prices. We offer a range of hot and cold drinks as well as snacks & hot & cold food from our counter.

Absolutley! however please note our play area is designed for under 12 years old. Please ensure you book anyone over the age of 12 years old under our adult tickets price. Anyone over the age of 12 will not be able to play on the inflatables.

We have various offers on throughout the year which we publish on our website & social media platforms, this includes discounted entry tickets. We have tried to keep our entry prices as low and affordable as possible to cater for all. As we are a very small business we currently cannot discount entry tickets further as we have the prices set as low as we possible can for you. We hope we can offer a variety of discounts in the near future.

We are so glad you have booked to visit us at Inflatapark. As you will see on our T&C's on our website and our booking systems tickets are non-refundable & non-transferrable which you will need to tick & agree to before purchasing your tickets. We understand things do come up out of your control & if this does happen on a day you've planned to visit us please do drop us a message & we can see what we can do. We cannot split bookings & therefore if part of your party arrives & some don't due to illness or any other reason then unfortunately we would not be able to make any amendments to your booking.
